Great Scott - Lee's still top!

Hornchurch's Lee Scott maintained his hold on the first place in the Lumenition Road Saloon Championship with two wins at the weekend.

The defending champion beat off all-comers at Lydden Hill to make it six wins out of seven races in his Ford Fiesta XR2i - which he drives to the track - this season.

Scott won eight of the 15 events last year on his way to the C class title, but has found competition fierce this time around.

"The grids this year have been smaller but it's tougher with the new blood in the championship joining my class," he explained.
